The Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman made the statement while answering reporters’ questions on Vietnam ’s response to Libya ’s current situation.
“We are ready to cooperate with the new Government to boost friendship between the two countries and take part in the process of Libya ’s rebuilding within our capacity,” said Nghi./.
