– A national conference on anesthesia and resuscitation was opened in the central province of Binh Dinh on June 23.

The event, organised by the Society for Anesthesia and Resuscitation of Vietnam, saw the participation of crowds of experts and medical doctors in the field.

Participants are scheduled to hear over 70 reports on anesthesia, resuscitation, artificial respiration (CPR), obstetrics and pediatrics, including those by experts from Malaysia, France and Netherlands.

The conference will last until June 24 in Quy Nhon city.-VNA

At the launching ceremony for the campaign at the hospital on March 25, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tuan Canh, NOH Director underscored organ donation is a symbol of human compassion that transcends life itself, with each donated liver, kidney, cornea or tissue able offer a life-saving opportunity to those teetering on the edge of death.
