Ambassador Hung affirmed Vietnam ’s foreign policy to give priority to developing the traditional ties with African countries, including Zimbabwe .
President Mugabe spoke highly of Vietnam ’s national liberalisation cause as well as its prominent achievements during national renewal and development process. The President expressed his wish for stronger cooperation with Vietnam in the fields of economics, trade and investment. He said the current level of bilateral ties has failed to meet potentials./.
