On Mar. 10 the port authorities at Quy Nhon port welcomed the arrival of the container ship, the Marshall Island-flagged Saylemoon Rickmers, which is the biggest vessel to dock at the port in the central province of Binh Dinh.

Owned by the Mediterranean Shipping Company, one of the leading global carriers, the Saylemoon Rickmers is 196m long, 27m wide and has a deadweight of 24,279 tonnes.

By making Quy Nhon a new destination, MSC has demonstrated the potential for developing freight services in the southern central region of the country and Binh Dinh province in particular./.
