NGO grants 53,000 Euros for HIV/AIDS treatment
The French-based NGO GIP-ESTHER has donated 53,000 Euros to the Saint
Paul hospital in Hanoi to support HIV/AIDS treatment from now until
June 2011.

Paul hospital in Hanoi to support HIV/AIDS treatment from now until
June 2011.
The funding will help to train project managers, provide medical equipment and organise medicine supply and distribution networks.
The project will also cover the prevention of accidental infections and encourage professional associations and social organisations as well as residential communities to care for HIV/AIDS carriers and their families psychologically.
A mechanism on monitoring and evaluating the project’s progress will be put together to ensure quality treatment to strict medical standards./.
