One-trillion VND in gov’t-underwritten bonds up for bid

hold a bidding ceremony for government-underwritten bonds worth 1
trillion VND on Aug. 19, HNX said.

The bonds will be issued by the Vietnam Express Company (VEC) on Aug. 21 to mobilise capital for the Noi Bai-Lao Cai highway project.
Half of the bonds will mature in three years to the day, while the remainder will do so in five years.
The bonds will be offered via both competitive and non-competitive coupon bidding. The non-competitive volume is fixed not to exceed 30 percent of the total bidding volume.
Potential bidders must send tender documents before 14 p.m., Aug. 19./.
