The Vice President hailed the graduates’ determination to devote more to the nation and urged them to exert greater efforts to become good Vietnamese citizens.
The annual event, which is organised by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi , aims to encourage studying among Vietnamese students.-VNA
