As part of the official visit to Thailand, on May 27 afternoon, Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, along with his spouse, and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation visited the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Udon Thani province, where they offered incense and flowers in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh.
