The Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee’s Commission for Organization celebrated its 80 th Traditional Day in Hanoi on October 12.
Speaking at the anniversary, Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, on behalf of the Political Bureau and the Secretariat, praised achievements made by organizational offices of the Party committees at all levels and those who have been working in the Party organizational and building work.
He pointed to shortcomings that needed to be addressed to meet requirements of the revolutionary cause in the new circumstances, pertaining to theoretical research on Party organization and building and personnel affairs.
The Party leader asked the party committees at all levels, the CPV Central Committee’s Commission for Organization, and the Party organizational boards of the party committees at all levels, to continue to implement simultaneously all contents of the sixth Party Central Committee’s resolution on enhancing the leadership and combat capacity of Party organizations, Party members and officials.
He requested these agencies focus on perfecting organizational models and methods in combination with strengthening and boosting the leadership and combat power of Party organizations, making a vivid change in quality of operations of Party cells and ensuring the Party’s leadership at the grassroots./.
