Vietnam added to their medal haul at the Asian Petanque Championships in Hanoi, gaining two more silvers and a bronze.

In the final match of the women's doubles event, Trinh Thi Kim Thanh and Nguyen Thi Truc Mai lost to Yan Lin Lin and Chang Wen of China to earn the silver medal.

The Vietnamese pair had earlier seen off Malaysian rivals to reach the final.

In the men's doubles, Huynh Cong Tam and Nguyen Van Dung brought home another silver medal after losing to Thailand 's Thaloeng Kiat Phusa-At and Suksan Piachan in the final match.

The bronze medal of this discipline went to both Vietnamese and Malaysian pairs.-VNA
