Border guards in central Binh Dinh province on October 26 received three Philippine fishermen who were in distress in the waters of Truong Sa archipelago.

The Filipinos were provided with check-ups, medicines and personal necessities. They are now in stable health conditions.

The province is completing procedures to send them back to their homes.
