The Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) resumed formal talks on July 8 to continue discussions on the three remaining annexes of the framework agreement on the Bangsamoro area.

It took place in Malaysia, almost three months after the last round of talks.

The three remaining annexes include wealth sharing, power sharing and normalisation. Earlier, an only annex on the transitional arrangements and modalities was signed by the two sides.-VNA
