All 11 sailors on board have been taken to Palawan Island safely.
The Vietnam National Search and Rescue Committee has asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to work with the Philippines to provide support for the vessel.
It also asked the Maritime Search and Rescue Centre to establish communications with the vessel.-VNA
