One hundred of the best photos depicting incredible natural and cultural heritages throughout the country are on show in the southern city of Can Tho.

The chosen photos were selected from more than 6,000 entries from nearly 340 photographers participating in the recent Vietnam Heritage Photo Awards 2013 which aims to welcome the ninth anniversary of Vietnam’s Cultural Heritage Day (November 23).

The works vividly reflect the values of tangible cultural heritages ranging from architecture, sculpture and paintings to handicrafts, as well as intangible heritages such as music, dances, festivals and rituals.

Exhibition-goers will also be impressed by unique discoveries of the beauty of folklore life in all local regions.

The show will run from November 1-8, then move to another 16 provinces and cities nationwide.-VNA
