province of Thua Thien-Hue, on December 11.
Thua Thien-Hue is the 14 th destination among 16 localities nationwide to host the touring exhibition.
The photos, selected from more than 6,000 entries of 339 photographers, feature the country’s tangible cultural heritage, ranging from architecture, sculpture and paintings to handicrafts and examples of intangible heritage such as music, dancing, festivals and rituals.
The contest was organised by the Vietnam Heritage Magazine under the Cultural Heritage Association of Vietnam and the Cultural Heritage Association of Ho Chi Minh City.-VNA

Making palm-leaf conical hats is a traditional craft of the Tay ethnic people in Bac Ha district in northern mountainous Lao Cai province.
