The Prime Minister and four ministers will go before the National Assembly during the on-going eighth session to answer questions about matters in their charge, Chairman of the NA Office Nguyen Hanh Phuc said on November 10.

The four Cabinet members are the Minister of Industry and Trade, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Minister of Transport.

Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang is expected to be queried about the development of the support industry, market management and measures to stop smuggling and the programme on bio-fuel production and application.

Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thai Binh will be required to clarify problems relating to administrative reform, the streamlining of the contingent of public servants, measures to raise productivity and salary reform.

Meanwhile, measures to tackle violations of labour laws, the management of foreign workers in Vietnam, unemployment and solutions as well as social security will be the main subjects in the Question-Answer session for Nguyen Thi Hai Chuyen, Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
 
Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang are to present solutions to enhance the transport infrastructure and reduce traffic accidents, as well as the management of transport business activities.

The PM will give further explanations on issues of the NA’s concern following the ministers’ presentations.
The hearings will take place during three days.-VNA
