Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung made this remark while hosting Laotian Minister of Education Somkot Mangnormek in the capital city of Hanoi on Feb. 5.
The PM expressed his pleasure at the fine development of the traditional, friendly relations between the two governments and peoples while speaking highly of talks between the two countries’ education ministries.
The two ministries should hold more meetings to seek practical measures to boost the effectiveness of cooperation projects, Dung pointed out.
For his part, Mangnormek thanked the Vietnamese government for helping the Laotian people in education and expressed his belief that cooperation in education will help preserve and bring into full play the traditionally warm ties between the two peoples./.
