Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc is going to field legislators’ queries on November 8, the third and also last day of the question and answer (Q&A) session of the 14th-tenure National Assembly (NA)’s 8th sitting.

Earlier in the morning, NA deputies are asking Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung about issues within his ministry’s jurisdiction, including the management of the press and licenses for the press and broadcasting; the granting and revocation of press cards; the management of electronic information, especially informational websites and social networks; the management of advertising in the press and on cyberspace; and information technology application and e-Government building.

The Deputy PM in charge of relevant issues and other ministers will also give further explanation to clarify related matters.

In the afternoon, PM Phuc will give a report on several issues and answer lawmakers’ questions.

After that, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan will deliver a speech concluding the Q&A session of the parliament’s 8th sitting.
