On the morning of February 27, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon visited the Van Mieu–Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature) historical site in Hanoi, which is Vietnam’s first university, built nearly 1,000 years ago.
