The 35-year-old is on remand for two months after being arrested on Oct. 26.
Tra admitted to the charge of infringing upon the legal rights and benefits of individuals and State organisations.
Since the beginning of last month, Tra had written several entries on her blog criticising a State official and his family for their patronage of some showbiz beauties. She also attacked the organisation the official works for as a whole. The blogger's allegations, which were claimed by the official to have damaged his honour and dignity, were verified to be false and groundless.
The HCM City-based freelance art reporter usually posted stories on her blog about private life of celebrities and public figures in critical terms./.
