President Triet talked to former HCMCYU experts, who were sent to help Cambodia for youth work during the 1979-1989 period, at a reception in Hanoi on Jan. 6.
The President spoke highly of the former experts’ efforts to fulfill international tasks.
Comprehensive development can be seen in the two countries’ friendship and cooperative relations in economics, culture, education and other areas, he said, adding that Vietnam’s investment in Cambodia is being promoted./.
