President Ho Chi Minh death anniversary marked in hometown
The 46th death anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh was remembered with a traditional ceremony in his hometown at the Kim Lien relic site in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district.
President Ho Chi Minh (Source: VNA)The 46th death anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh was remembered with a traditional ceremony in his hometown at the Kim Lien relic site in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, in the central province of Nghe An.
Besides the ceremony at the commemorative house of President Ho Chi Minh, the death anniversary was held at other relevant relic sites such as the Worshipping House of the Nguyen Sinh and Hoang Xuan family.
A crowd of local residents attended the ceremony and a substantial number of flower wreaths were sent from all over the country.
Earlier, Nghe An and Nam Dan district leaders laid floral wreaths and burned incense at the President’s mother tomb Hoang Thi Loan at Dong Tranh mountain, Nam Giang commune.-VNA
