He expressed his belief that the delegation’s visit as well as their attendance at the 4th Vietnam-China border defence friendship exchange programme slated for June 20-22 in both Vietnam and China, will contribute to further strengthening the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Partnership between the two Parties, States and people.

He also highlighted the flourishing bilateral relations as high-ranking leaders reached common perception on fruitfully promoting the Vietnam-China Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Partnership.

He appreciated General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and President Xi Jinping’s acceptance to pay a State-level visit to Vietnam and attend the 25th APEC High-Level Week in central Da Nang city.
