Prime Minister disciplines two officials
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has issued decisions on disciplinary measures against two government officials.
Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has issued decisions on disciplinary measures against two government officials after the Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission punished the two for their violations of regulations in connection with Mobifone’s acquisition of 95 percent of AVG shares.
Under Decision 1673/QD-TTg, former Vice Chairman of the Government’s Office Le Manh Ha was given a reprimand.
Meanwhile, a warning was served to Nguyen Trong Dung, deputy head of the enterprise innovation division under the Government Office’s Department of Enterprise Innovation, under Decision 1674/QD-TTg.
During its 31st meeting from November 12-14, the Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission scrutinized the violations of officials in connection with the AVG case. Accordingly, the commission decided to give a reprimand to former Vice Chairman of the Government Office Le Manh Ha, and a warning to Nguyen Trong Dung, deputy head of the enterprise innovation division under the Government Office’s Department of Enterprise Innovation.-VNA
