Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang has said that cooperation between his ministry and related Japanese agencies has been consolidated in a deep manner.

General Quang made the statement at a reception in Hanoi on September 10 for outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Yasuaki Tanizaki.

He expressed his hope that in any position, Yasuaki Tanizaki will continue contributing to the development of the fine friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Japan and between the Ministry of Public Security and Japan’s law enforcement agencies.

The Japanese diplomat said he hopes the Vietnam-Japan relationship will be further developed, gaining more positive results in all cooperative fields, particularly in combating crimes and ensuring security and order in each nation.-VNA
