The northeastern province of Quang Ninh will coordinate with a joint venture between Thailand’s Amata Corporation and the Tuan Chau Group to build a 2 billion USD complex of urban areas and high-tech parks.
The deal is part of a strategic cooperation agreement signed on October 19.

Under the agreement, stakeholders will team up to complete all necessary formalities for the early construction of the complex covering a total area of 16,000 hectares in Quang Yen town and Uong Bi and Ha Long cities.
