Reference exchange rate adjusted down by 3 VND

VND from the day earlier.
With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied by commercial banks for the day is 23,649 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,272 VND/USD.
Commercial banks made changes to their rates.
At 8:15, Vietcombank posted the buying rate at 23,150 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,250 VND/USD, unchanged from the morning of the day ago.
BIDV offered the same rates as that of Vietcombank, down by 5 VND from the morning of the day ago.
Meanwhile, at Techcombank, the buying and selling rates were 23,135 VND and 23,255 VND/USD, up by 5 VND from the morning of March 25.-VNA
