Hanoi (VNA) -
The daily reference exchange rate continued the rising trend since the beginning of the week, being set at 22,595 VND/USD on June 15, up 12 VND from the previous day.  

With the current trading band of  +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,273 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,919 VND/USD.  

The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw slightly fluctuations.

Vietcombank reduced both rates by 5 VND compared to the June 14 morning, listing the buying rate at 22,755 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,845 VND per USD.

BIDV offered its rates at 22,775 VND/USD (buying) and 22,845 VND/USD (selling), unchanged from the previous day.

Meanwhile, Techcombank adjusted both rates down 5 VND, buying the greenback at 22,755 VND/USD and selling at 22,855 VND/USD.-VNA
