Reference exchange rate down 10 VND on November 3
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,140 VND/USD on November 3, down 10 VND from the previous day.

The opening-hour rates at commercial banks fluctuated slightly.
At 8:25am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,620 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,850 VND/USD, unchanged from November 2.
BIDV reduced both rates by 5 VND to 22,645 VND/USD (buying) and 22,845 VND/USD (selling)./.
