Reference exchange rate down 10 VND

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,075 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,739 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at major commercial banks saw only slight changes compared to the rates on January 24.
Only Vietinbank cut both rates by 1 VND, listing the buying rate at 22,674 VND/USD and the selling rate 22,744 VND/USD.
Vietcombank and BIDV kept their rates unchanged, at 22,675 VND/USD (buying) and 22,745 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
