Reference exchange rate down 2 VND

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,298 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,944 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks were adjusted up compared to June 21.
Vietcombank is listing the buying rate at 22,860 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,930 VND/USD, both up 30 VND.
The rates at BIDV were also raised by 30 VND to 22,860 VND/USD (buying) and 22,930 VND/USD (selling).
At Techcombank, the greenback is being bought at 22,840 VND/USD, up 30 VND, and sold at 22,845 VND/USD, up 20 VND from June 21.-VNA
