Reference exchange rate down 2 VND

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,595 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,203 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks also went down.
Vietcombank cut 15 VND from both rates, listing the buying rate at 23,150 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,250 VND/USD.
At BIDV, both rates also reduced by 15 VND to 23,150 VND/USD (buying) and 23,250 VND/USD (selling).
Techcombank joined the trend, cutting both rates by 15 VND to 23,130 VND/USD (buying) and 23,250 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
