The opening hour rates at major commercial banks are rather stable.
BIDV kept both rates unchanged from March 1 at 22,720 VND/USD (buying) and 22,790 VND/USD (selling).
Vietinbank is buying the greenback at 22,676 VND/USD and selling at 22,746 VND/USD, the same as on March 1.
The rates listed at Vietcombank saw a slight decrease of 5 VND, standing at 22,720 VND/USD (buying) and 22,790 VND/USD (selling). –VNA
