Reference exchange rate down 5 VND

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,889 VND/USD and the floor rate, 22,496 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at most commercial banks saw fluctuations.
At 8:35 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,060 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,270 VND/USD, each down by 10 VND from October 14.
BIDV also cut its both rates down by 10 VND, listing 23,090 VND/USD (buying) and 23,270 VND/USD (selling)./.
