Reference exchange rate down 6 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,639 VND/USD on April 27, down 6 VND from the previous day.

The opening hour rates at commercial banks decreased.
At 8:45 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,275 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 23,645 VND/USD, both down 5 VND from the end of April 26.
BIDV cut both rates by 8 VND to 23,324 VND/USD (buying) and 23,624 VND/USD (selling)./.
