Reference exchange rate goes down 10 VND
The reference exchange rate on October 10 was set at 21,970 VND for one USD, down 10 VND from October 9, showing a drop after rising in four consecutive days.

The rates listed by banks saw slight changes in the early opening hours.
Vietcombank’s buying rate was listed 22,265 VND per USD, while the selling rate was 22,335 VND.
Meanwhile, Techcombank kept its buying/selling rates unchanged from October 9, at 22,250 – 22,350 VND/USD.-VNA
