Reference exchange rate goes down 3 VND
The State Bank set the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,118 VND per USD on November 30, down 3 VND from November 29.

In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,650 VND per USD, and the selling rate at 22,720 VND per USD, down 30 VND from the previous day.
BIDV offered the buying rate at 22,640 VND per USD, down 30 VND, and the selling rate at 22,710 per USD, down 40 VND from November 29.
In Techcombank, the buying/selling rates were listed 22,630 – 22,740 VND/USD, down 20 VND and 40 VND, respectively.-VNA
