Reference exchange rate goes down by 1 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam slashed its reference VND/USD exchange rate by 1 VND to 22,425 VND/USD on the morning of December 29.
Reference exchange rate goes down by 1 VND (Photo VNA)Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam slashed its reference VND/USD exchange rate by 1 VND to 22,425 VND/USD on the morning of December 29.
With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,088 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,752 VND per USD.
Major commercial banks kept their rates stable.
Vietcombank and Vietinbank offered the same rates with 22,675 VND (buying) and 22,745 VND (selling), per USD, unchanged from the morning of the day earlier.
BIDV posted 22,680 VND (buying), and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD, unchanged from the day ago.-VNA
