Reference exchange rate goes down by 9 VND
The reference VND/USD exchange rate of the State Bank of Vietnam was set at 22,011 VND per USD on October 19, down 9 VND from October 18.

With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,671 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,351 VND per USD.
The buying rate listed by Vietcombank was 22,275 VND per USD, while the selling rate was 22,345 VND, unchanged from October 18.
Rates were also listed at 22,270 – 22,340 VND/USD at BIDV and 22,255 -22,335 VND/USD at Eximbank.
Meanwhile, Techcombank posted buying price at 22,260 VND per USD, 10 VND higher than October 18 and selling price at 22,350 VND per US dollar.-VNA
