Reference exchange rate goes up 3 VND
The reference VND/USD exchange rate of the State Bank of Vietnam was set at 22,015 VND per USD on November 7, up 3 VND from November 4.

With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,676 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,355 VND per USD.
The buying rate listed by Vietcombank was 22,290 VND per USD, while the selling rate was 22,360 VND, unchanged from the end of last week.
Rates were also listed 22,280 – 22,360 VND/USD at Eximbank.
Techcombank offered 22,250 VND/USD as the buying rate and 22,390 VND/USD as the selling rate.-VNA
