Reference exchange rate goes up 4 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam adjusted the reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,148 VND per USD on December 19, up 4 VND from the end of last week.

With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,812 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,484 VND per USD.
In the opening hour, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,705 VND per USD, and the selling rate at 22,775 VND per USD, up 5 VND.
BIDV offered the buying rate at 22,705 VND per USD and the selling rate at 22,775 per USD, up 5 VND.
Eximbank bought one USD for 22,690 VND and sold one USD for 22,790 VND, up 10 VND.
In Vietinbank, the buying rate was listed 22,720 VND/USD, down 10 VND, while the selling rate was 22,790 VND/USD, unchanged from the end of last week.-VNA
