Reference exchange rate sinks 6 VND
The State Bank released the reference exchange rate for VND-USD on the first day of November at 22,033 VND for one USD, down 6VND from the day before.

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,696 VND and the floor rate, 21,370 VND per USD.
The rates listed by commercial banks saw light changes in the opening hours in the morning.
Vietcombank and BIDV listed the rates at 22,285 VND (buying) and 22,355 VND (selling) per USD, decreasing 10 and 15 VND from the day before, respectively.
Eximbank and Techcombank kept their rates unchanged.
One USD was bought for 22,280 VND and sold for 22,360 VND at Eximbank, while the buying-selling rates were listed by Techcombank at 22,280 VND and 22,390 VND.-VNA
