Reference exchange rate stays flat on June 19
The State Bank of Vietnam kept the daily reference exchange rate for June 19 unchanged from the previous day at 22,602 VND/USD.

With the current trading band of + /-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,280 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,926 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks mostly went up compared to June 18.
Vietcombank raised both rates by 15 VND, listing the buying rate at 22,800 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,870 VND/USD.
The rates at BIDV were adjusted up 20 VND, standing at 22,805 VND/USD (buying) an 22,875 VND/USD (selling).
Techcombank also added 10 VND to both rates, buying the greenback at 22,775 VND/USD and selling at 22,875 VND/USD.-VNA
