Reference exchange rate stays flat
The State Bank of Vietnam kept the daily reference exchange rate for VND/USD unchanged from the day before at 22,262VND per USD on March 14.

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate for commercial bank is 22,930 VND and the floor rate 21,594 VND per USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw little changes.
Vietcombank maintained the same rates as on March 13, at 22,770 VND (buying) and 22,840 VND per USD.
The rates at BIDV also stayed unchanged from the previous day, at 22,765 VND (buying) and 22,835 VND per USD.
Meanwhile, Techcombank cut both rates by 10 VND, listing the buying rate at 22,750 VND and selling rate at 22,850 VND per USD.-VNA
