Reference exchange rate stays flat

With the current trading band of /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks on September 15 is 23,113 VND and the floor rate 21,769 VND per USD.
Major commercial banks continued keeping their rates unchanged.
Vietcombank kept both rates unchanged from the end of last week at 22.690 VND (buying) and 22,760 VND (selling).
BIDV also maintained the same rates as on September 8, at 22,690 VND (buying) and 22,760 VND (selling).
Similarly, both rates at Techcombank were kept unchanged on some straight days at 22,680 VND (buying) and 22,770 VND (selling) per USD.-VNA
