Reference exchange rate stays flat

With the current trading band of + /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,328 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,970 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw slight fluctuations compared to the July 26 morning.
Vietcombank listed its rates at 23,155 VND/USD (buying) and 23,235 VND/USD (selling), down 5 VND.
Meanwhile, BIDV raised its both rates by 10 VND to 23,160 VND/USD (buying) and 23,275 VND/USD (selling).
The greenback is being bought at 23,140 VND per USD and sold at 23,240 VND per USD at Techcombank, unchanged from the previous day. -VNA
