Reference exchange rate up 11 VND on May 28

With the current trading band of /-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,969 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,573 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw slight fluctuations.
At 8:25am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,200 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,410 VND/USD, unchanged from May 27.
At BIDV, both rates were revised down 10 VND to 23,230 VND/USD (buying), and 23,410 VND/USD (selling).
Techcombank also adjusted both rates up 16 VND to 23,210 VND/USD (buying), and 23,410 VND/USD (selling)./.
