Reference exchange rate up 3 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily reference exchange rate on October 2 at 22,716 VND/USD, up 3 VND from the rate on the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily reference exchange rate on October 2 at 22,716 VND/USD, up 3 VND from the rate on the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,397 VND/USD and the floor rate, 22,034 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks remained stable from October 1.
Vietcombank and BIDV kept their both rates unchanged as compared to the previous day at 23,290 VND/USD (buying) and 23,370 VND/USD (selling).
At Techcombank, the buying rate and the selling rate were also kept at 23,270 VND/USD and 23,370 VND/USD, respectively, unchanged as compared to the rates on October 1.-VNA
