Reference exchange rate up by 1 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,470 VND/USD on the morning of October 25, up by 1 VND from the day ago.

VND/USD on the morning of October 25, up by 1 VND from the day ago.
With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,144 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,796 VND per USD.
Major commercial banks kept their rates stable.
Vietcombank and Vietinbank set 22,685 VND (buying) and 22,755 VND (selling), per USD, unchanged from October 24.
BIDV offered its buying rate at 22,690 VND and selling rate at 22,760 VND, per USD, also unchanged from the day ago.-VNA
