Deputy Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly Istvan Jakab expressed his hope for further deepening Hungary’s ties with ASEAN countries and called for their support for Hungary’s accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia.
The current foreign policy of Vietnam, based on the foundation of understanding, compassion, mutual respect, and mutual interests, not only introduces the image of Vietnam to international community, but also certainly leads to wide bilateral and multilateral cooperation in political-security-military, economic and socio-cultural aspects, with countries, a Thai scholar has said.
Hungary on February 5 expressed its strong interest to forge closer ties with the Southeast Asian region and said it recognised the immense potential of the ASEAN Community.
